These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the contractual relationship between Piment La Volonté du D (hereinafter "the Supplier") and the customer who places an order (hereinafter "the Customer") on the website https://lvdd.ch/ (hereinafter "the Site"). They form an integral part of the contract between the Supplier and the Customer.
By placing an order on the Site, the Customer expressly confirms having read, understood and accepted the General Terms and Conditions without reservation.
The Supplier reserves the right to modify the T&Cs at any time and without notice. The version published on the Site at the time of the order is authentic. In the event of a discrepancy between the T&Cs and any specific information on the order confirmation, the latter shall prevail.
To place an order, the Customer must follow the instructions published on the Site. When the order is confirmed, the Customer makes a firm and definitive offer to purchase the selected products under the conditions indicated. Confirmed orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
The Supplier formally undertakes to produce its products in compliance with the health procedures and standards established by the competent authorities.
All products available on the Site are free of any modified chemical preservative. In rare cases, this may result in a lack of preservation. In the event of a problem with an order, the Customer must contact the Supplier within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the order. Within this period, the Customer must send a photo of the defective product to the Supplier, otherwise the defect is considered accepted. An exchange is only possible under the aforementioned conditions.
To avoid any alteration of the quality and freshness of the Supplier's products, carefully follow the instructions on the labels and remember to serve yourself with clean utensils to avoid the proliferation of bacteria.
Once the order has been placed, you will receive a summary of your order as well as a second email informing you that it has been processed by the Supplier. As the Supplier undertakes to make 100% artisanal products, the stocks available at the time of the order are not necessarily sufficient. However, the Supplier undertakes to deliver the order within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of confirmation of the order.
Your order will be delivered by post to the address indicated by the Customer on the order confirmation. The Customer is exclusively responsible for the accuracy of the address provided.
A shipping fee of CHF 8 (Swiss francs) is charged in addition for any order less than CHF 50 (Swiss francs). The shipping costs associated with any order exceeding CHF 50 are borne by the Supplier.
Orders are sent by B mail. In principle, they are delivered within two working days following the date of dispatch of the package. The Supplier declines all responsibility in connection with a delay by the Post Office.
By way of exception to the above, delivery is free for the Customer, provided that the delivery address is located in the districts of Neuchâtel and Boudry.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the T&Cs will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the canton of Neuchâtel, subject to the applicable remedies. Swiss law is applicable.
