Refunds and Returns Policy

Return Rights

There is no general right of return on products without defects and correctly delivered. On the other hand, no right of return can be granted in the following cases:

• Damaged products (except for damage due to transport)
• Products that cannot be returned in their original packaging
• Open products
• Products whose intrinsic quality (e.g. taste) does not meet customer requirements

Refund

La Volonté du D (LVDD) undertakes to deliver paid orders on time and within the limits of available stocks. If, for any reason, LVDD cannot make the delivery, it undertakes to reimburse the customer for the amount paid. There is no obligation to compensate in kind. Any liability for damages is excluded.

Return costs

Shipping costs for returning items are generally the responsibility of the sender. In the following cases, return costs are covered by LVDD:

• Upon receipt of a product different from the one ordered
• Upon receipt of an unordered product
• In the event of incorrect data in the online store
