The Steps
Ingredients :
- White quinoa (1-2 cups)
- Vegetable broth
- Green beans (2 good handfuls)
- 2 carrots
- LVDD Tropical Punch Spices
- Coconut milk
- A clove of garlic
Preparation :
- In a saucepan, cook the quinoa with half a cube of vegetable stock.
- In another saucepan, cook the green beans and grated carrots using the peeler in salted water.
- In a frying pan, brown the crushed garlic in a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add the cooked and drained quinoa, mix
- Add a teaspoon of LVDD Tropical Punch spices and mix well
- Add the vegetables, and add a little bit of coconut milk, let it simmer a little and taste. If necessary, add a teaspoon of spices
- Serve with a little plain yogurt and a few sprigs of coriander if desired.
