The Steps
Ingredients :
- Minced Meat (400gr)
- A red pepper
- Two shallots
- Two red onions
- Smoked coffee and deep ocean spices
- Salt, pepper LVDD
- Cream
- Corn pancake
Preparation :
- In a frying pan, brown the chopped shallots, finely chopped onions and diced peppers in a drizzle of olive oil with two teaspoons of each of the LVDD spices.
- As soon as they are nicely browned, add the minced meat, salt, pepper and two teaspoons of sugar to caramelize everything. Mix well and caramelize.
- Add a dash of cream and mix well
- Fill the fajitas with the meat and your favorite toppings, here avocados, corn, yogurt sauce (plain yogurt, olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon zest, a teaspoon of spice) and shallot chips
NB: To make shallot chips it's very simple... Cut the shallots lengthwise quite finely, place everything flat on baking paper, add a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper and a teaspoon of sugar, bake at 150° fan-assisted for about an hour so that the shallots are nicely browned (they continue to air-dry once removed from the oven)
